These terms apply when you use icrfilings.com or order a filing from ICR Filings LLC("ICR Filings," "we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

ICR Filings is a private filing service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of FMCSA, USDOT, the Unified Carrier Registration Plan, or any state. We charge a service fee for preparing and submitting filings. Government fees are set by the government, shown separately, and passed through at cost.

2. Our services

We prepare and submit the filings you order, such as UCR registration, BOC-3 process agent filings, MCS-150 updates, USDOT and operating authority applications, reactivations, and reinstatements. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, or insurance advice.

3. Your authorization

When you place an order you confirm that you are authorized to act for the company named in the order, and you authorize ICR Filings to prepare and submit the ordered filings and to communicate with FMCSA, the UCR Plan, process agents, and related agencies on the company's behalf for those filings. Some filings require your company official to complete identity verification in FMCSA's Motus system and to designate us as a filing agent. We will never ask for your Login.gov password or verification codes.

4. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including vehicle counts, driver counts, mileage, and company details. We review orders for obvious errors, but filings are submitted based on the information you provide and certify.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed on our pricing page. After you submit an order we confirm the details and total with you before charging or filing anything. Express processing moves your order to the front of the queue for same-business-day handling; it does not change how fast a government agency processes the filing.

6. Processing times and outcomes

We work orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Government processing times, approvals, and enforcement decisions are controlled by the agencies, not by us. We do not guarantee that a filing will be accepted or that it will prevent any fine, penalty, or enforcement action.

8. Communications

By placing an order you agree to receive emails about that order. We may also send occasional reminders about upcoming filing deadlines; you can unsubscribe from those at any time. We only send text messages if you opt in to them separately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a filing is limited to the service fees you paid us for that filing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost loads or revenue, or for delays or decisions by government agencies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.
