Program

ICR Filings LLC ("ICR Filings") sends automated text messages about your orders and filings, including order confirmations, requests for information we need to complete your filing, payment reminders, filing confirmations, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts, and we only text numbers that have opted in or texted us first.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text message box on our text message sign-up page or our order form, or by texting us first. The checkbox is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@icrfilings.com.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
