This policy explains what ICR Filings LLC collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us in orders and messages: name, title, email, phone, company details, USDOT and docket numbers, fleet and driver counts, and anything else needed for your filing
• Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited, collected by privacy-friendly analytics

Public FMCSA data

Our USDOT check and our outreach use carrier information that FMCSA publishes as open data, such as company name, address, and registration status. If we contact you about a filing and you do not want to hear from us, reply "stop" or use the unsubscribe link and we will not contact you again.

How we use information

• To prepare, submit, and confirm the filings you order
• To communicate with you about your orders and upcoming deadlines
• To improve our service and prevent fraud

Who we share it with

• Government agencies and programs you ask us to file with, such as FMCSA and the UCR Plan
• Service providers that help us deliver the service, such as our process agent partner, payment processor, email provider, and hosting provider
• Authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing support@icrfilings.com.
