Refund Policy

We want this to be simple and fair.

Before we file

If you cancel before we submit your filing, you get a full refund of everything you paid. Email us with your order number.

If we make a mistake

If a filing is wrong because of an error on our part, we fix it at no cost. If it cannot be fixed, we refund our service fee.

After a filing is submitted

Once a filing is submitted, our service fee is earned and is not refundable. Government fees, such as UCR fees and FMCSA application fees, are paid to the government and are subject to that agency's refund rules. If an agency issues a refund to us, we pass it back to you.

If we cannot complete your order

If we cannot complete an order for reasons on our side, or we find that the filing you ordered cannot fix your situation, we refund our service fee in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@icrfilings.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
